Peanut Butter and Jam Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 25g vanilla soy protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter & more for topping
- 1 tbsp jam & more for topping
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon and cardamom for flavor
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 250ml soya milk
- Oil for greasing the ramekin
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a mixer and blend until smooth. Taste test and adjust the flavor if you desire more peanut butter or jam in the oatmeal.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease 1-2 ramekins and pour in the oatmeal mixture. Add additional peanut butter and jam on top.
Cover the ramekin(s) with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-23 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and enjoy. Top with vanilla soy yogurt or banana slices.
