Peanut Butter and Jam Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 35-40g oats
  • 2-3 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Jam
  • Banana
  • Oat milk
  • Peanuts

Preparation

  1. In a jar, combine the oats, protein powder, flaxseeds, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add a layer of jam on top of the dry ingredients.

  3. Slice a banana and place the slices over the jam layer.

  4. Pour oat milk over the ingredients until they're covered.

  5. Seal the jar and place it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  6. Once ready to enjoy, take the jar out of the fridge.

  7. Top the oats with additional jam, peanuts, and more banana slices.

  8. Give it a good stir to mix the flavors and textures.

  9. Dig in and enjoy your peanut butter and jam overnight oats!
