Peanut Butter and Jam Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 35-40g oats
- 2-3 tbsp protein powder
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- Pinch of salt
- Jam
- Banana
- Oat milk
- Peanuts
Preparation
In a jar, combine the oats, protein powder, flaxseeds, and a pinch of salt.
Add a layer of jam on top of the dry ingredients.
Slice a banana and place the slices over the jam layer.
Pour oat milk over the ingredients until they're covered.
Seal the jar and place it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Once ready to enjoy, take the jar out of the fridge.
Top the oats with additional jam, peanuts, and more banana slices.
Give it a good stir to mix the flavors and textures.
