Tahini and Date Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups oat milk
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 4-5 fresh dates
Preparation
In the bowl of an airtight container, combine the oats, hemp hearts, milled flaxseed, and cardamom. Mix well to combine.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of oat milk into the bowl, followed by the tahini.
Remove the pits from the dates and chop them into small pieces. Add the date pieces to the bowl and mix well.
Place the container in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours before serving.
If the oats are too dense when you take them out, stir in the remaining 1/4 cup of oat milk to loosen it up.
