Vegan Cardamom Tahini Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic oatmeal
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tsp tahini
- Splash of rose water (optional)
Preparation
Bring water to a boil.
Add oats, tahini, and cardamom.
Reduce heat to medium boil.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the oat milk.
Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the rose water.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 1 minute before serving.
Top with a generous dollop of almond butter drizzled with date or maple syrup, bananas, and berries.
