Quick and Healthy Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • cinnamon powder
  • vanilla essence (a few drops)

Preparation

  1. Boil the water and add the oatmeal flakes.

  2. Add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence, then stir slowly until the oatmeal absorbs the water.

  3. Use a wooden spoon for stirring.

  4. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and add cubed apple or other available fruits such as banana and dried fruits.
