Buckwheat and Rolled Oats Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (use extra for your cooked pancakes)
  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat

Preparation

  1. In a food processor place all the ingredients and blend

  2. I used my nutribullet, which worked perfectly fine

  3. Once all smooth heat a non stick fry pan and cook the pancakes

  4. Top with berries, strawberries or any other fruit you like then drizzle some maple syrup or honey

  5. A squeeze of lemon juice on top of the cooked pancakes brings everything to life
