Buckwheat and Rolled Oats Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat
Pour the batter into the pan to form pancakes, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown
Top with berries, strawberries, or other fruit.
Drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
Squeeze lemon juice on top of the cooked pancakes.
