Buckwheat and Rolled Oats Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (use extra for your cooked pancakes)
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat
Preparation
In a food processor place all the ingredients and blend
I used my nutribullet, which worked perfectly fine
Once all smooth heat a non stick fry pan and cook the pancakes
Top with berries, strawberries or any other fruit you like then drizzle some maple syrup or honey
A squeeze of lemon juice on top of the cooked pancakes brings everything to life
