Cinnamon Oats with Blackberries, Banana, and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- blackberries
- banana
- peanut butter
- lemon cookie crumbles
Preparation
Combine 3/4 cup rolled oats and 1.5 cups plant-based milk in a saucepan.
Let it simmer for 6-7 minutes on low heat.
Mix in 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Serve warm, topped with blackberries, banana, peanut butter, and lemon cookie crumbles.
