Cinnamon Oats with Blackberries, Banana, and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • blackberries
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • lemon cookie crumbles

Preparation

  1. Combine 3/4 cup rolled oats and 1.5 cups plant-based milk in a saucepan.

  2. Let it simmer for 6-7 minutes on low heat.

  3. Mix in 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Serve warm, topped with blackberries, banana, peanut butter, and lemon cookie crumbles.
