Healthy Vegan Spelt Pancakes with Fruit and Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Extra to drizzle on top of pancakes
  • 1/2 cup of mixed fruit

Preparation

  1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  2. If mixture appears too thick at a little water.

  3. Ensure the mixture isn’t to watery.

  4. In a small non stick pan pour your mixture.

  5. Assemble your pancakes add the fruit and drizzle some maple syrup
