Healthy Vegan Spelt Pancakes with Fruit and Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Extra to drizzle on top of pancakes
- 1/2 cup of mixed fruit
Preparation
In a bowl place all the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
If mixture appears too thick at a little water.
Ensure the mixture isn’t to watery.
In a small non stick pan pour your mixture.
Assemble your pancakes add the fruit and drizzle some maple syrup
