Blood Orange Infused Porridge with Maple and Quinoa
Ingredients
- 60g porridge oats
- 200ml water
- 100ml plant milk
- pinch of salt
- some vanilla
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
Toppings
- sliced blood orange
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Cook 60g of porridge oats in 200ml water and 100ml plant milk for 3-5 minutes until creamy and thick.
Add a pinch of salt, some vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup while cooking.
Remove from heat and mix in 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed blood orange juice.
Serve in a jar or bowl topped with sliced orange and quinoa puffs.
