Blood Orange Infused Porridge with Maple and Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 60g porridge oats
  • 200ml water
  • 100ml plant milk
  • pinch of salt
  • some vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice

Toppings

  • sliced blood orange
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Cook 60g of porridge oats in 200ml water and 100ml plant milk for 3-5 minutes until creamy and thick.

  2. Add a pinch of salt, some vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup while cooking.

  3. Remove from heat and mix in 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed blood orange juice.

  4. Serve in a jar or bowl topped with sliced orange and quinoa puffs.
