Yummy Berry Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 c rolled oats (gluten free if required)
- 1 c water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 c frozen berries
- 1 tsp - tbsp nut butter
Preparation
Cook the oats in water and salt, bringing to the boil and simmering for 5-10 minutes.
Add the protein powder.
Top with frozen berries and nut butter
