Yummy Berry Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c rolled oats (gluten free if required)
  • 1 c water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 c frozen berries
  • 1 tsp - tbsp nut butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in water and salt, bringing to the boil and simmering for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Add the protein powder.

  3. Top with frozen berries and nut butter
