Easy Tahini Granola with Weetabix Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 weetabix, crumbled
  • 60g oats
  • 4 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)
  • 100g light tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp oat milk

Preparation

  1. Crumble all ingredients into a bowl until combined, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for around 20 minutes at 160°C.

  2. Serve with your favorite fruit or top over yogurt. This makes approximately 6-8 portions.
