Easy Tahini Granola with Weetabix Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 weetabix, crumbled
- 60g oats
- 4 tbsp mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)
- 100g light tahini
- 1-2 tbsp oat milk
Preparation
Crumble all ingredients into a bowl until combined, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for around 20 minutes at 160°C.
Serve with your favorite fruit or top over yogurt. This makes approximately 6-8 portions.
