Vegan Rocky Road Breakfast Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats, blended (blend these first, then add the rest)
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp sugar/sweetener
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- squeeze of lemon
- pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp plant milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder & soda
- handful of raisins
- vegan mini marshmallows
- flaked almonds
- vgn dark/white choc chips
Preparation
Bake for 12-15 mins at fan 180°C
