Chocolate Marmite Breakfast Baked Oat Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats, blended to a flour
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp marmite
- maple syrup to taste
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together except for the baking powder and chocolate chips, add a dash of milk to form a thick batter, and let it set for a few minutes.
If needed, add more milk, then whisk in the baking powder and some chocolate chips.
Pour into a ramekin and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes for a runny center or 25 minutes for a cake-like texture throughout.
Remove from the oven and enjoy hot.
