Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats, blended
- 1 tbsp flax
- dash of maple syrup
- cocoa powder
- 100ml chocolate mylk
- salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- vegan chocolate peanut butter stuffed mini eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix the blended oats, flax, maple syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate mylk, and salt together until smooth, then leave to sit for about 5 minutes.
Once thickened, stir in the baking powder and add more chocolate mylk if necessary to achieve a thick, pourable batter.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin and place the vegan chocolate peanut butter stuffed mini eggs on top, slightly pushing them in.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
