Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats, blended
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • dash of maple syrup
  • cocoa powder
  • 100ml chocolate mylk
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • vegan chocolate peanut butter stuffed mini eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the blended oats, flax, maple syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate mylk, and salt together until smooth, then leave to sit for about 5 minutes.

  3. Once thickened, stir in the baking powder and add more chocolate mylk if necessary to achieve a thick, pourable batter.

  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin and place the vegan chocolate peanut butter stuffed mini eggs on top, slightly pushing them in.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
