Vegan Chocolate Banana Tahini Cake
Ingredients
- 2 super ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup applesauce (or omit and use 3 bananas)
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 heaped + 1/2 heaped cup oats
- 1/4 cup flavourless coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- heaping 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend the oats into a flour in a food processor.
Add in the remaining ingredients apart from the chocolate chips and pulse until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170°C fan oven.
Be warned, this cake will disappear within minutes.
