Vegan Chocolate Banana Tahini Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 super ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup applesauce (or omit and use 3 bananas)
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 heaped + 1/2 heaped cup oats
  • 1/4 cup flavourless coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • heaping 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats into a flour in a food processor.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients apart from the chocolate chips and pulse until smooth.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170°C fan oven.

  5. Be warned, this cake will disappear within minutes.
