Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ 1 cup of almond flour
  • 2️⃣ 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 3️⃣ 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4️⃣ 1,5 cup almond butter
  • 5️⃣ 2 tbsp. oat milk
  • 6️⃣ 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 7️⃣ 6 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 8️⃣ A pinch of salt
  • 9️⃣ 1/2 cup of vegan dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients

  3. Make balls with your hands and place them on parchment paper

  4. Flatten the batter to make cookies

  5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minuten on 350F / 180 C
