Raw Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh dates
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour (you can also replace the buckwheat flour with almond flour, coconut flour or oat flour)
  • 0.5 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 cup oat milk (or any other milk of choice)

Frosting

  • 100g (4oz) vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the base into a bowl. Use your hands to mix the dough together, or any type of mixer/blender. Place the dough in a breadform (a 30cm breadform was used). Keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Melt the vegan chocolate and spread over the brownie batter. Keep in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
