Easy Choc Orange Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Choc Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c "amb-han")
  • 1 tbs Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin and add some chocolate chips on top if desired.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes*. Alternatively, you can cook it in the microwave for around 2 minutes.

  5. Baking time may vary depending on your oven or microwave and personal preference for doneness. As it uses oat flour, it's okay if it's slightly undercooked and gooey.

  6. Once baked, remove from the oven/microwave and enjoy! It's perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
