Choc Orange Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Nut Butter
- 1 tbs Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, add oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, nut butter, orange juice, orange zest, and almond milk. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin.
Optional: Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the mixture before baking.
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Note: Baking time may vary depending on your oven and desired level of doneness. The oat flour allows for a slightly undercooked and gooey texture, if desired.
Alternatively, you can cook the mixture in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
Once baked or microwaved, remove from heat and serve.
