Choc Orange Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter
  • 1 tbs Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, add oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, nut butter, orange juice, orange zest, and almond milk. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the mixture before baking.

  5. Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Note: Baking time may vary depending on your oven and desired level of doneness. The oat flour allows for a slightly undercooked and gooey texture, if desired.

  6. Alternatively, you can cook the mixture in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.

  7. Once baked or microwaved, remove from heat and serve.
