Decadent Choc Matcha Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder (@unicornsuperfoods)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • Choc Chunks to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the oat flour, protein powder, matcha powder, and baking powder together in a bowl until well combined.

  2. Pour in the almond milk and mix until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Add choc chunks to the batter to your desired level of chocolatey goodness.

  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or microwave-safe container.

  5. If baking in the oven, preheat it to 200°C (392°F) and bake the mixture for 15 minutes.

  6. If using the microwave, cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it's set and cooked through.

  7. Once baked or microwaved, the choc matcha baked oats are ready to enjoy.
