Decadent Choc Matcha Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder (@unicornsuperfoods)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- Choc Chunks to taste
Preparation
Mix the oat flour, protein powder, matcha powder, and baking powder together in a bowl until well combined.
Pour in the almond milk and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Add choc chunks to the batter to your desired level of chocolatey goodness.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin or microwave-safe container.
If baking in the oven, preheat it to 200°C (392°F) and bake the mixture for 15 minutes.
If using the microwave, cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it's set and cooked through.
Once baked or microwaved, the choc matcha baked oats are ready to enjoy.
