Vegan Carrot Cake Cookies with Frosting
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 80g flour
- tsp baking powder
- 25g coconut oil
- couple of tbsps maple syrup
- tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- flax egg
- grated carrot
Frosting
- soy yoghurt
- liquid sweetener
- vanilla extract
Preparation
Form into cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Top with vegan vanilla frosting.
