Homemade Vegan Waffles with Banana and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 50 grams oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
  • fresh fruits

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 mashed banana, 50 grams of oat flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp coconut oil in a large mixing bowl until all combined.

  2. Heat your waffle iron and add the mixture.

  3. Bake the waffles for about 5 minutes each.

  4. Add your favorite toppings like peanut butter, chocolate chips and fresh fruits.
