Homemade Vegan Waffles with Banana and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 50 grams oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Toppings
- peanut butter
- chocolate chips
- fresh fruits
Preparation
Mix 1 mashed banana, 50 grams of oat flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp coconut oil in a large mixing bowl until all combined.
Heat your waffle iron and add the mixture.
Bake the waffles for about 5 minutes each.
Add your favorite toppings like peanut butter, chocolate chips and fresh fruits.
