Single Serve Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 firm Banana
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter (I use @mayversfoods)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Add banana to a bowl and mash well

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined

  4. Pour into a ramekin and bake for 20 minutes

  5. Serve warm with extra peanut butter and peanuts on top

Tips

  1. Can also be made in the microwave for around 1-2 minutes
