Peanut Butter Carrot Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup @sneaky_wholefoods @betterbeingsteph Carrot Blend
- 1 tbs Vanilla Protein (@macr0mike)
- 1 small Carrot (grated)
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Add ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined. You may need slightly more almond milk if your batter is too thick.
Pour desired amount onto a non stick pan and flip after 20-30 seconds.
Leave on pan until cooked. Follow the same steps with the rest of the batter.
Decorate with toppings before serving: (I did peanut butter, raspberry jam, peanuts and Carrot Blend sprinkled)
