Ingredients

- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (I used @bobsredmill gf)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein or 1 tsp vanilla extra
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 5-6 ice cubes
