Green Smoothie with Banana and Seed Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of frozen spinach
  • ice
  • 2 scoops vanilla @kachavatribe
  • peppermint extract (optional)
  • cashew milk to blend

Toppings

  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • coconut
  • pumpkin seeds
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen banana, spinach, ice, vanilla powder, optional peppermint extract, and cashew milk until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass.

  3. Add the toppings of chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, and strawberries.
