Easy Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • splash of water
  • several shakes of cinnamon

Toppings

  • additional yogurt
  • coconut
  • blueberries
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sprinkle of matcha powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Swirl with more yogurt and top with the toppings.
