Vegan Peachy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/2 large frozen ripe banana
  • Splash of plant mylk or coconut water

Optional add-ins

  • Vanilla protein powder
  • Maca powder

Preparation

  1. Add your ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until very creamy and smooth.

  2. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until necessary.

Tips

  1. Scrape down the sides of your blender with a spatula every 30 seconds to assist the blade.

  2. If your blender is struggling, add a splash more of liquid such as water, coconut water, or plant milk to assist in blending.
