Vegan Peachy Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peach slices (peeled)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 large frozen ripe banana
- Splash of plant mylk or coconut water
Optional add-ins
- Vanilla protein powder
- Maca powder
Preparation
Add your ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until very creamy and smooth.
Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until necessary.
Tips
Scrape down the sides of your blender with a spatula every 30 seconds to assist the blade.
If your blender is struggling, add a splash more of liquid such as water, coconut water, or plant milk to assist in blending.
