Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Berries, Coconut Flakes, and Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
  • 2 scoops vanilla @kachavatribe
  • Cashew milk (amount to blend)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and pre-steamed frozen cauliflower.

  2. Add the 2 scoops of vanilla @kachavatribe to the blender.

  3. Pour in cashew milk until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  5. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more cashew milk and blend again.

  6. Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into a glass.
