Summery Mango and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 2 generous scoops of vegan ice cream

Preparation

  1. Divide the coconut yoghurt into 2 jars or glasses.

  2. Add the frozen fruit and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie into the jars, top with the ice cream or frozen dessert, and serve immediately.
