Pitaya and Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 100g frozen mango chunks
- 100g frozen pink pitaya puree
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon plant-based yogurt
- Blue spirulina
- Orange dunaliella
- Green matcha
Toppings
- Berries, flowers, quinoa and cookies
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
