Pitaya and Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 100g frozen mango chunks
  • 100g frozen pink pitaya puree
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based yogurt
  • Blue spirulina
  • Orange dunaliella
  • Green matcha

Toppings

  • Berries, flowers, quinoa and cookies

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
