Vanilla Nice Cream Bowls for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 5 spotty bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (or sub 1 tsp extract)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Allow bananas to thaw for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed.
