Vanilla Nice Cream Bowls for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 5 spotty bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (or sub 1 tsp extract)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Allow bananas to thaw for at least 15 minutes.
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed.
