Ingredients

- 20g vanilla protein powder
- flax egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- almond milk
Toppings
- peanut butter
- fruit of choice (e.g., cooked frozen cherries)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together
Prepare the flax egg and combine with wet ingredients, then add to dry to form batter
Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides
Top with peanut butter and fruit of choice
