Blueberry Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1.5 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. Pour 1/4 cup batter into a skillet, greased with a bit of coconut oil

  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides
