Fluffy Vegan Pancakes with Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons vanilla plant protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and protein powder with a whisk.
Add almond milk and whisk until smooth.
Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.
Cook on a preheated griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides

Do not stir the batter if you want the pancakes to be nice and fluffy.
