Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 TBS cacao powder
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 2 TBS peanut butter
Preparation
Add flour, baking powder, cacao powder and salt in a bowl and whisk until combined. Then add maple syrup, peanut butter, milk and canola oil and whisk until well incorporated.
Brush or spray a flat pan with oil and heat it on low to medium heat.
Add a small ladle of pancake batter and cook until the middle becomes bubbly and the corners set, then flip with a spatula, let it cook a little more, and it's done. Repeat with all remaining batter.
Stack them up, drizzle with whatever you prefer, and add toppings to suit your tastebuds.
