Tasty Vegan Plant-Based Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1.5 tbsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • vanilla

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and coconut blossom sugar

  2. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined to form the batter

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray

  5. Pour portions of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown
