Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 2T @bobsredmill ground flaxseed meal
- 1c @bobsredmill oat flour
- 2 scoops of Planta @highperformancenutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein powder
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2c of almond milk
Toppings
- almond butter
- raspberries
- vegan @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips
- festive @homegoods candy cane sprinkles
Preparation
Mash the banana.
In a large bowl, combine the ground flaxseed meal, oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, sea salt, and baking powder.
Add the almond milk and mashed banana to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Top the pancakes with almond butter, raspberries, dark chocolate chips, and candy cane sprinkles.
