Vegan Fluffy American Pancakes
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 1tbsp baking powder
- 2-3tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 250ml plantbased milk
- 150ml water or aquafaba
- Vegan margarine
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar) in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients (plant-based milk and water or aquafaba) in another bowl.
Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt vegan margarine.
Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden brown.
