Fluffy Golden Breakfast Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups milk
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder

Preparation
Whisk sugar and eggs in a bowl
Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla sugar, and whisk
Add flour and baking powder, and whisk until ready
Transfer the batter to an empty squeezable container such as a mayonnaise, ketchup, or cream bottle
Heat a pan over medium heat and squeeze the batter into the pan to the desired size; it naturally forms rounds
Cook on low heat slowly until all are done
Serve as desired with pleasure

Count while squeezing to ensure uniform size, for example, count to 2 or 3 for each pancake to achieve burger-sized portions
