Fluffy Golden Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk sugar and eggs in a bowl

  2. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla sugar, and whisk

  3. Add flour and baking powder, and whisk until ready

  4. Transfer the batter to an empty squeezable container such as a mayonnaise, ketchup, or cream bottle

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and squeeze the batter into the pan to the desired size; it naturally forms rounds

  6. Cook on low heat slowly until all are done

  7. Serve as desired with pleasure
