Milk Ladder Step 3 Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125g) flour
- 2.5 tsp (10g) baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 2/3 cup (50ml) water
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Fry in a hot pan with some oil until golden brown and crispy.
Tips
Use a very hot frying pan with oil to prevent sticking.
Serve with cinnamon sugar or plain with fruit for children, or as savory with dairy-free cheese.
