Milk Ladder Step 3 Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125g) flour
  • 2.5 tsp (10g) baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 2/3 cup (50ml) water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

  2. Fry in a hot pan with some oil until golden brown and crispy.

Tips

  1. Use a very hot frying pan with oil to prevent sticking.

  2. Serve with cinnamon sugar or plain with fruit for children, or as savory with dairy-free cheese.
