Vegan Pancake Cereal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp apple sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the dairy free milk, apple cider vinegar, oil, and apple sauce.

  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and mix without overmixing.

  4. Move the mixture to a piping bag to achieve consistent small sizes.

  5. Heat the frying pan with a little dairy free butter, flip the pancakes when air bubbles appear, and heat for another 2 minutes.

  6. Make the pancakes in batches, ensuring space between each one.

  7. Aim for pancakes about 3 cm wide, using minimal mixture.
