Vegan Saffron Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 300g flour
  • 180g sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 100ml melted margarine
  • 450ml milk/water
  • 0.5g saffron
  • pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the melted margarine and liquid.

  3. Mix until well combined and no clumps.

  4. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
