Vegan Crepes with Good Karma Plantmilk

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Good Karma Plantmilk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl or food processor, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, cornstarch, salt, Good Karma Plantmilk, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Mix until you have a smooth and runny batter.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with coconut oil.

  3. Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and immediately swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side.

  5. Repeat the process for all the crepes, adjusting the batter amount as needed.

  6. Serve the crepes with your choice of toppings, such as chocolate, strawberries, bananas, plant-based whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
