Vegan Pancakes with Pears Figs and Pomegranate
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the nut milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Mix well to prepare the batter.
