Immunity Pancakes with Almonds and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 dl flour
  • 2 1/2 dl almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sweetener of choice
  • 3-4 tsp @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl

  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures to form a batter

  4. Cook the batter on a heated griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides

  5. Top with almonds, cacao nibs, blueberries, or other desired toppings
