Yummy Vegan Pancake Stack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbls baking powder
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 Tbl Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat

  5. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes

  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown
