Easy Vegan French Crepes with Sweet Fillings
Ingredients
- 200 gr flour
- 400 ml plant milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Fillings
- chocolate
- berries
- apple sauce
- bananas
- vegan cheese
- tomatoes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until you have a smooth batter.
Let it rest briefly.
Bake crepes in either a crepe pan or in a non-stick pan without extra oil.
Fill with desired toppings and enjoy.
