Simple Plant-Based German Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons soy flour
- 4 tablespoons apple sauce
- 200 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 300 milliliters plant milk
- Margarine or sunflower oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together
Bake them in a pan with margarine, and do not flip too fast to avoid breaking apart
Serve with maple syrup, berries, or plant-based ice cream
