Simple Plant-Based German Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoons soy flour
  • 4 tablespoons apple sauce
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 300 milliliters plant milk
  • Margarine or sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Bake them in a pan with margarine, and do not flip too fast to avoid breaking apart

  3. Serve with maple syrup, berries, or plant-based ice cream
