Fluffy Orange Creamsicle Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup probiotic dairy-free yogurt drink
- 1/2 cup coconut or soy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
Preparation
Mix all the above ingredients and set aside for a few minutes.
Melt 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in a pan and scoop the pancake batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve pancakes with fresh oranges, non-dairy vanilla yogurt, and maple syrup.
